1. Advance Payment: In order to confirm and secure your service booking, we require an advance payment. This payment ensures the availability of resources and staff for your requested service.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for advance payments made for services with a duration exceeding 7 days. Services requested for a period of 7 days or less are not eligible for a refund.
3. Partial Refund: If you cancel your service order within the eligible refund period (for services longer than 7 days), we will process a partial refund of the advance payment. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining duration of the service, subtracting any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable charges as specified at the time of bookings.
4. Non-Refundable Charges: Certain charges or costs associated with the service, such as non-refundable deposits, third-party expenses, or administrative fees, may not be eligible for a refund. These charges will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Process: To request a refund, you must notify us in writing of your intent to cancel the service order. Please provide your order details, including the booking reference number, and specify the reason for cancellation. 6. Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and other relevant factors. We will strive to complete the refund process within Seven (7) working days.
7. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon between both parties.
8. Service Modifications: If any changes or modifications are made to the service order after the payment is processed, the refund eligibility and applicable charges will be based on the updated service agreement.
9. Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases or situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to make discretionary refund decisions outside the scope of this policy.
